A booking is confirmed only once we've received the token advance (or full payment) and issued an official confirmation voucher. Quotes and draft itineraries shared before payment are subject to availability and price changes.
Package prices shown on this site or in a custom proposal include applicable GST. Personal expenses, city taxes payable directly at hotels (tourist dirhams, European city taxes, etc.), optional activities, and excess baggage are not included unless we state otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to sightseeing or accommodation (swapping in an equivalent or better category) in cases of roadblocks, extreme weather, airline schedule changes, political unrest or other events beyond our control. We'll always try to offer the best available alternative.
Travellers agree to follow local laws and act respectfully during group tours and private excursions. Neither we nor our ground partners are responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries that happen outside a supervised, guided part of the tour. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Any dispute arising from services we provide falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, where our registered office is located.
