Cancellation & Refund Policy

For customized domestic and international land packages — hotels, transfers, sightseeing and meals — refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation notice:

Air tickets and chartered flight segments follow the individual airline's fare rules, not ours:

• Non-refundable fares — promo, group and special fares are 100% non-refundable once the airline issues the ticket.
• Refundable tickets — the airline's cancellation charge, plus our standard processing fee of ₹500 per passenger per sector, is deducted from the eligible refund.
• Delays or airline-side cancellations — we help you claim the airline refund or rebook onto an alternative flight under the airline's own policy.

Around peak dates (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, long weekends) and for confirmed fixed group departures, hotel and transport seats are pre-purchased on a non-refundable basis. Cancellations made within 30 days of a peak travel date are non-refundable.

• UPI & NetBanking — 5 to 7 business days back to the original account.
• Credit & debit cards — 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
• Travel credit note — issued instantly, valid 12 months, no cancellation penalty on your next trip.

Email your booking ID / voucher number, the registered passenger names, and your reason for cancelling — we'll confirm the eligible refund within 2 business days.
